Angel of Doves

I heard the sounds of peace
whispered in my ear
as I sat and looked towards the east
on a morning breaking clear.
The Morning Star did linger
as she too enjoyed the sound
brought by an angel of great beauty,
with whom I felt, great harmony.
In an essence of compassion
extended to humanity,
the Angel of the Doves
rose to meet the sunlight
in unison with the clouds.
They paved a path before me
a map to show the way,
an atlas from the old days
when Lemuria ruled the waves.
As I sat in contemplation of this painting made by God
I saw in my mind’s eye, a woman
living a world away, from me,
and linked by modern technology.

The Angel of the Doves seemed to whisper in my ear
of the symbology she did represent
within the modern woman I knew.
She has the power to instil in us
the creativity,
to renew the hope of interfaith
where no judgement's left at all.
Her words do whisper softly
and fall with gentle sighs
to meet the spirit deep within
the centre of my soul.

The Angel of the Doves has whispered in my ear
that the feel of peace
will reverberate across the waves and near
to meet the needs of spirit my soul does wish to hear.
She is a woman of this modern world
with keys twentysix and more.
Not east or west just look straight ahead
to hear the words this angel sends
as the vision of the clouds appear
to bring the stories
we wish to hear
typed by an Angel with the wings of a Dove
unified in song with God.
